Hi there, I’m trying to activate the RGB lighting on this cooler but it doesn’t seem to work. The cable looks compatible, yet it doesn’t fit any slot on my motherboard. I found a working slot once before, but it wouldn’t stay connected. It’s been sitting here for a while, and I haven’t managed to get it to function properly. Could you help me turn the RGB on? The fans are spinning but not showing any color. I’m really disappointed with this product. Thank you for your help.

The fans operate using the 4pin PWM cable, yet the RGB requires a distinct 3pin ARGB 5V connection with a D-G or V-D-G header on your motherboard. Attempting to connect it to a 4pin RGB 12V won’t work properly and won’t activate the lights. Refer to your motherboard manual for a 5V ARGB header, typically located near the edges. Without it, you’ll need an ARGB controller or hub to power and manage the RGB. This explains why your cooler spins but the RGB stays off.
