I don’t own it, so I wouldn’t have had a chance to try it. My friend purchased a version and is looking for someone to use it, but I’m not sure if it’s worth spending his money on.

It's possible. My HD 5500 supports CS GO at around 50fps with low settings, and L4D2 can push it to 30fps or higher by adjusting the parameters, even on an i3 5005u.

Download it directly through his Steam account to test it. Simply remove it and re-upload it if it functions properly.
