I set up Windows 11 using Rufus with an option to skip secure boot and TPM. I installed it this way, but now I want to enable secure boot again. Opening it causes the screen to freeze and I have to reset the CMOS battery afterward. Is there a solution to resolve this?

It's probable you added W11 to an MBR partition.
