I bought a brand new 4x8GB LPX stick (CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18) for my brother and received his XMP 2.0 kit (4x8 pro rgb, CMW16GX4M2Z3600C18). I tried to locate the XMP button in the BIOS but couldn’t find it. The BIOS was updated a week ago, so I’ll check again if the latest version 1.2.0.7 releases. Regarding your MSI MSE BIOS on the X570 gaming PC, it doesn’t appear to natively support XMP at the moment—though it’s possible there’s an update available. Since you’ve switched kits, the difference should be minimal.

When using "EZ mode," press f7 to access the advanced BIOS settings. Navigate to the OC menu and confirm that the A-XMP option is visible; if it's grayed out, it may not be enabled. This guide on page 48 of the manual explains how to activate it with accompanying images.

I’m feeling pretty confused right now. I completely missed checking F7 in the BIOS. I didn’t even realize it was there, so I’m going to look it up now. Haha!
