Hi everyone, I just upgraded my PC and it’s not booting into Windows anymore (it works in BIOS). It freezes during startup and the fans spin all the way up, but nothing happens. I’ve reset the CMOS but it didn’t help. Safe mode also freezes. I’m unsure what to do next. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, Luke.

I enhanced my CPU, motherboard, and installed an AIO. I also enclosed the entire setup in a fresh case.

You're encountering a frustrating loop where Windows keeps freezing despite selecting the USB drive as the boot option. The fans are also increasing, which suggests a hardware issue. It might help to check if the USB drive is properly connected and try booting from another drive. If that doesn't work, consider testing the motherboard or contacting support for further assistance.
