Hey, I see what you're dealing with. You've got the components listed and everything seems to be installed correctly, but you're not seeing any display output. It might be worth double-checking the monitor connection and cables, or ensuring the graphics card is properly seated. Also, confirm that the display settings on your PC are configured correctly for your monitor. Let me know if you need further guidance!

If there are no display for the first 5-10min after first bootup, the CPU is probably training the memory. Does your computer restarts a bunch? Or does it just stays on with no display?

Ensure the BIOS version is 7C52v3B or later for optimal CPU support. It seems the board likely had a previous BIOS version installed.

The board appears to lack a BIOS flash back feature. You might consider asking AMD for a CPU and returning it after flashing. Where did you acquire the board? Certain stores (Electronics shop) offer flashing services at no cost or with a minor fee.

Ensure your CPU is compatible—specifically a Ryzen 1000 or 2000 model. If you lack a dedicated GPU, add one as well. Proceed by following the instructions in your motherboard's user manual.

I purchased the MOBO from an online shop that isn’t in my area, so I’ll need to visit a local computer store to get it installed.

This would be the optimal choice since you can hold them responsible if they damaged it. For self-service options, refer to techpowerup.com for guidance. To secure the boot kit, please adhere to these steps: visit the AMD online warranty claims page at https://support.amd.com/en-us/warranty/rma, enter your full contact information and product specifics. In the Problem Description section, type "Boot kit Required" (without quotes).

Located the AMD website if you want to install a system yourself. The page mentions an AMD 3rd Gen Ryzen desktop processor and an AM4 motherboard from the 400 series.
