I'm working on a fresh setup and noticed the capacitor in the PCI slot was bent. I fixed it but the build doesn't respond to the display. Everything powers on and sounds fine, yet no video appears. I've switched GPUs and RAM one at a time without success. Currently, the TV connected via HDMI powers on but switches off automatically and never shows anything. Any suggestions?

What are your specifications? Capacitors can sometimes be bent at an angle when they leave the factory, which might not be the issue—especially if they remain connected properly.

CPU is an Intel i5 9400F, motherboard is Asrock Z390M-itx/AC, RAM comes from Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 dual 8GB, GPU is ASUS Tuf 1650 Super PSU, storage includes Corsair CX 450M SSD and a 2TB Barracuda HDD, power is provided by Corsair CX 450M, a cooling solution from UpHere is installed, and the case is an UpHere Red AIO model.
