Hello, I have the PC of a good friend here, because it suddenly did not boot. When you start the system, the fans (PSU, CPU) start spinning and the HDD picks up speed, but there is no video at all. The power LED flashes at a rate of about one second (long on, short off). Now I have already tried a few things: - Unplugged all "unnecessary" components (HDD, DVD drive). - Reconnected all connectors - Dust off the system - Replaced the RAM, or inserted only single modules - if no RAM is inserted, the MB - as expected - starts to beep - CMOS battery replaced and BIOS reset (several times) There is no video output via HDMI, as well as VGA. It's an Acer TC-115 and unfortunately I didn't find any info about the LED flashing in the MB manual.... I hope you can help me there, thanks in advance

Integrated graphics? Consider breadboarding and switch to a different power supply. It might be a dead board or CPU. How quickly are the fans spinning?

Integrated graphics are working fine. I attempted an external graphics card, but it didn’t function properly. Unfortunately, I don’t have any other power supply units available for testing. The fans are operating normally. (Expected performance at idle CPU)
