I'm assembling my third PC for a friend, using an all-white configuration. At first, I set everything up in a testbench to verify functionality, but soon faced difficulties. After turning on the power supply and connecting the power switch, the components started lighting up. However, nothing happened afterward—no video output, no beep codes, and even the debug LEDs on the top right of the mainboard didn't activate. The monitor is connected via a DP cable to the GPU. I've already tried several fixes: connecting a speaker for beep codes, using another GPU which worked but didn't change anything, flashing the BIOS, connecting a keyboard, booting without RAM to check for codes, removing and reinserting the CPU, and using a deepcool case.
My parts list includes: Ryzen 5 7500F, two 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 6000mhz CL36 (CMH32GX5M2D6000C36W), ASRock Steel Legend Radeon RX 7800 XT OC, ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Gaming WIFI, DeepCool Castle 240EX A-RGB WH AIO, a Pure Power 12M 750W ATX 3.0, and Western Digital WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe SSD (2TB).
Could the problem be related to RAM? My modules are CMH32GX5M2D6000C36W, but the ASUS page lists only CMH32GX5M2E6000C36, CMT32GX5M2D6000C36, and CMK32GX5M2B6000Z30 as compatible. The PC Part Picker didn<|pad|> to say no issues, so I assumed it was fine. Other than timing differences, my only thought is the CPU might be dead—after trying to reseat it, I didn't install the AIO again, but it still stayed cold during boot attempts.
The 24 pin isn’t connected to the power source—it has two connectors but only one is active.
