Hello everyone, I'm feeling quite frustrated and trying to discover a new way to address my problem. I recently purchased a 4080 Super FE but it doesn't pass VGA post. My system details are: CPU 5800X3D MB, B450 tomahawk, 32GB RAM, 3200 PSU, Corsair TX750M GPU, and the previous model was a 6950XT with similar power consumption. I've tried several solutions so far: updating the BIOS, switching between UEFI/UEFI+Legacy, forcing PCIe3, clearing CMOS, reseating cables multiple times, using different cables in various slots from the PSU, connecting via HDMI or DP on three different screens, and booting in safe mode with multiple driver restarts using DDU and AMD cleanup tools. Despite these efforts, I haven't managed to access BIOS or Windows with the new card. I can boot normally with an older ATI HD 4870 when powered on with the RTX, but it never passed VGA post. I'm unable to test the GPU in another configuration today and plan to try again tomorrow. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to share, and thank you in advance for your time. Sorry for my poor English.

Turn off secure boot in BIOS settings. Use an older card to access BIOS. I understand you’ve removed the CMOS battery, but it doesn’t fully disable secure boot.

Consider using a different GPU power cable. If this doesn't resolve the issue, test the GPU on another computer.

I attempt to adjust the secure boot settings in my BIOS but face difficulties. The only GPU available is quite outdated, allowing only CSM boot and not providing access to the necessary command: https://youtu.be/hkCPf0uNLHo?t=36
