You've noticed a few minor issues but overall things are running smoothly. It feels better to revisit the days when your GTX 770 would crash with a blue screen rather than deal with today's problems. Regarding Windows 10, it seems safe to upgrade if you're comfortable with the changes, though waiting a bit longer could be wise. The new interface and performance improvements are noticeable, but some users still prefer the older layout. Taskbars are present, monitors scale individually, and the start menu looks slightly different now. With an SSD, boot times should be noticeably faster.

I'd say wait a bit longer. It's still not entirely stable. I'm here on 10 waiting on Microsoft to release Windows 10.1. Submitted so many annoying bugs, including desktop crashing intermittently & icons not remembering where they are, as well as printing not working outside of windows 'modern' apps.

The Zune, Kin, Windows ME, Vista, 2000 (non-server), Microsoft Bob are products that have seen mixed reception over time. I don't think a rating of ten is too low; it seems to be heading in the right direction, especially by adding familiar tech like AI assistants. Early adoption usually comes with challenges, but I believe Windows 10 will succeed. Windows 8 faced criticism and now many are sticking with it despite the change. XP launched poorly but became more acceptable after SP1, and people stayed with it longer than any other release before. Progress tends to improve over time.
