Hey, I'm having trouble getting my 10700k to turbo past 4.69 with the Z490 Prime motherboard. The BIOS has ASUS Multicore Enhancement turned on and SVID set to Auto.

There could be issues that need fixing. I’m not sure how to upgrade the 10th generation. If it doesn’t work, here’s a note: 10700k has known binning problems. A 10900k was so poorly binned it shut down two cores. That’s why the 10600k is preferred. With a 10600k you lose four cores but seem to get more good chips. Some methods exist to analyze what each core is doing—worth checking. If you only have one or two cores holding you back, there might be solutions available.
