I checked the setup and found two power pins on the mouse. It seems you could connect it to a motherboard for charging, but make sure it matches the right voltage and type.
A 4 dollar wireless mouse seems odd because it doesn’t fit the usual setup. Not every device that looks compatible is meant for use. Charging batteries isn’t the same as fitting a mouse.
