Hypothetically it probably could, but you'd need an HDMI splitter. Generally, you only have one built in HDMI port which is ran by the I-GPU. So, to get 4 separate ports, you'd need to have a splitter to turn one port into 4. Not sure what your dad's work involves, but keep in mind an I-GPU will be good for basic word document writing and internet browsing but not a whole lot else. If he does anything PC intensive (3D-Modeling, Video Editing, etc.) you'll want to look into a dedicated GPU.
