There are options within that budget, but don’t try to match the competition. A personal computer would perform much better.

My roommate enjoys playing CSGO on his Surface Pro 2 and hasn’t raised any issues, so I’m confident it’ll work well. However, I wouldn’t compete with him on that setup.
