I plan to purchase the complete Windows 7 edition for my new machine. It claims a free upgrade to Windows 10, which seems very attractive compared to the £80 price on Amazon.
You can find keys at lower prices on Reddit and G2A, but keep in mind they are OEM products. I wouldn't suggest purchasing them from unofficial sellers. It's better to obtain a key directly from G2A or Reddit and install it using a USB drive.
