Yes, it should work. Using a 2x8GB stick with a 4GB stick will provide enough space. It’s a good setup if you need more capacity.

hi just realised only have 2 slots but saw a deal on a 16gb stick same brand and speed as my 8gb stick will it be dual channel and will it increase performance/fps i have a a320m

You'll receive 16GB in dual-channel and 8GB in single-channel, which is a solid amount of RAM. As DDR5 becomes more practical, older DDR4 options will become significantly cheaper, making it easier to upgrade to higher performance OSBCene levels.

Consider keeping the 8GB or upgrade to 16GB since you're seeing around 45fps at 60fps.
