Hello, I’m facing some problems with Epic’s free games. I usually download them without issues, but after a day or week I get a notice saying I don’t own the game. Am I just being treated as a trial player for a short period? I understand it’s free, but if this is the standard, I won’t want to come back from Epic again.
They should be able to acquire that week without cost, after which you'll have permanent ownership. If you're interested in playing the game, reach out to support.
