Consider swapping the removed heatsinks for RAM chip heatsinks. Your RAM is set to an XMP profile of 2666MHz and uses DDR3, so adding the appropriate heatsinks will help with stability and cooling.

It’s a significant boost in these graphics cards, especially if you’re relying on high voltage to run them. The cooling fins should really make a difference.

Thank you for reaching out. It’s understandable to seek clarity amid differing views. You’re right to question whether you truly need it before buying.

It wouldn't be a problem, likely it comes down to the voltage flowing through the chips and the airflow around them. If you run some temperature checks without the heatsinks and the readings stay reasonable, you should be okay.

No there is misconception that heat sinks help. But the thermal pads dont transfer heat well. I remove heat sinks from ram personally, but I'm into competitive benchmarking so I can apply cooling when not using heat sinks. Best thing to do is put a fan right on the memory modules.

Thanks in advance for your feedback—it really helps. The design should provide solid airflow. Appreciate the support! ...the layout will have strong airflow, which is great. I’ll need a modest fan to move air between the components.

The only sure way is to monitor RAM temperatures.

Unless you direct some supporters toward them, you might be able to take them away. But if you don’t, the heatsink will assist.

That's understandable. I wasn't aware RAM components included temperature monitoring. It makes sense to be cautious and add heatsinks if needed.

That's what I meant too, if you're suggesting pointing some fans at them during the heat. Otherwise, they'll still be useful.
