I think the xbone emulator might release before the Xbox 360. If it does, the 360 emulator could appear around 2025, just like we see with Game Boy and NES emulators on mobile devices.
It makes sense now. Most titles are originally made for PC and then adapted. If you managed to obtain the development kit, it might work. The latest versions should perform better since they use x86 architecture.
That isn't how it works. I'll use UE as an example... when the files are exported for ____ Platform, they are "cooked" into files that platform can understand. There is no uncooking them. If you export to Xbox, those files are designed for XBox. All games are made on PC yes, but they aren't ported necessarily. Some are made specifically with ___ in mind.
