No, there are no BTF AM4 motherboards available.

It seems I haven't encountered this setup before. However, I can confirm there aren't any motherboards available in the UK right now that match that configuration.
BTF turned into a common standard once AM4 reached its end of life. It’s hard to picture anyone designing specialized boards for AM4 anymore.
Sure, there are AM5 boards... I guess I confused them with Back To Future!
yeah, figured that but who knows... i guess if their would be more demand but tech community seems sometimes slow and unwilling to adapt far superior standards ... but im sure it'll take off for sure NEXT GEN AM6 / RTX6070 (?) is it then i guess... im really not in a hurry to upgrade but i woulda have given this Ada thing a go (just don't want to built a whole new computer lol)
It's definitely not a typical standard. It functions more like a collection of flexible agreements among certain makers. Since it isn't an ATX standard, manufacturers can move components as they see fit. Right now it remains fairly niche but shows promise. It doesn't offer any clear advantages over other options—it has some downsides, such as taking up a lot of space for cooling systems and mounting hardware. Currently, no available AM4 boards support it.
Modular motherboards aren't feasible because current technology and manufacturing processes are designed around fixed designs, making it difficult to swap or upgrade components easily.
