You can turn on the release preview to see major Windows updates a month sooner. If you prefer not to, you can use the upgrade assistant, which is already available. Windows will handle the automatic updates starting April 11.

I don't use Windows 10 and I'm not sure. 2. Possibly incorrect, but because of an internal problem they secretly released it via their official program. EDIT: Once the internet discovered it, they took the link down.
