I've had a gaming PC for a while now, originally from someone I consider a beginner. My GPU is an Radeon Sapphire RX470 designed for mining, and I still have a graphics tablet. I'm facing an issue because I need to disconnect the monitor to use HDMI, but I'm tired of constantly unplugging it and plugging in the tablet. I want some advice since I've never had a miner GPU with only one port. Before buying a new adapter, I was thinking of connecting the tablet via USB to an HDMI port instead. My motherboard is a Gigabyte H81M chipset and it's small.

From a hardware perspective, yes. However, the mining edition won’t work at all. The USB to HDMI connection is entirely on the CPU, which can significantly affect performance—especially for graphics-intensive tasks. For drawing, this issue is noticeable. A better solution would be upgrading to a different GPU. Remember, a good USB to HDMI adapter costs around $25, while an RX 470 can be purchased for about $50. You might also be able to sell your RX 470 for roughly $40.
