I frequently attempted to modify Hackintosh laptops but faced significant challenges due to proprietary components. Laptops with adjustable graphics often become unstable or fail entirely. Do you know if the Razer model uses its GPU as an accelerator or powers the panel directly? If it’s the latter, I’d be more confident it could work. Feel free to review my Hackintosh article for more details.

I know what hell means but what does "all hell" actually mean? Your new theory sounds interesting—keep going!

DnFf91 mentioned that many laptops have unsupported hardware, which could prevent your GPU from working or cause the PC to refuse booting in OSX. The WiFi card would need replacement, and RGB backlighting might not function properly. For OSX users, they are advised to run a VM for testing. A helpful article is available at the provided link.

Most issues are only as bothersome as a tiny part of hell. What @vojta.pokorny mentioned is that this specific irritation feels just as intense as hell overall. Even if hell existed, I wouldn’t call it “annoying” the right word.

The DnFx91 GPU controls the panel directly, but we should check if the i7 6700HQ works with it.
