I just purchased this motherboard but it isn’t recognizing my CPU. It shows it’s compatible with the 5000 series, yet after flashing, it still doesn’t detect the processor.

It appears on the compatibility list. I’d remove the CMOS chip quickly. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, consider repositioning the CPU—don’t need to pull it out completely. Just release and reinsert it. Reapply fresh paste and try posting again. Should it still fail, switch to another processor. They refer to CPUs without an integrated GPU such as the 5800X. The APUs were released later and need an updated BIOS for compatibility. Upgrading the motherboard BIOS is necessary before your 5700G works with it. The high cost of an X570 motherboard paired with a 5700G that doesn’t support PCI-e4.0 seems unnecessary.

I own the motherboard and CPU, but I’m not getting any signal on the monitor. Only the cooler and RGB lights function, but no video appears. I’ve checked RAM, CMOS battery, and installed my graphics card—still nothing. It seems the CPU isn’t working despite being new, and both the motherboard and CPU are brand new.
