My early 6900K from 2016 should operate at up to 3250MHz with a 133 BLK clock. Most tests on Cascade Lake X series chips use RAM speeds between 3200-3600MHz, and several models with RAM overclocking remain stable even at high all-core multipliers (48-50x).
