I played with my new laptop running "Genshin Impact" while using an FPS unlocker. Suddenly it dropped to 100 FPS and froze, showing a black screen. I restarted it and saw a new screen. After checking the drivers, they were missing. When I tried reinstalling, the process crashed during setup. My laptop specs are ASUS ROG Strix Scar 17 with an i9-12900H, RTX 3080 Ti, and 2GB RAM. Can you help fix this issue?
