B450 can run Zen 3 with a beta BIOS, but it depends on the vendor releasing the beta versions. MSI assured support for Zen 3 on their 400 series boards, though.

It depends on the B450 board you own and if the manufacturer (such as ASUS, Gigabyte, AsRock, MSI, etc.) has released a BIOS for the Ryzen 4000 series that matches YOUR specific motherboard.
