Check if the Arctic Freezer II 120 with an AIO can manage 5800X3D. Currently, it works with DeepCool AK620 but it's too large for your PC and won’t fit a vertical GPU mount.

Unless you're after a specific look, it's usually not worth it in most situations. The GPU temperature drops significantly with many cases and vertical mount setups. The 120mm AIO would struggle against the AK620 when it comes to cooling efficiency, and you'd likely need to go up to 280/360mm for comparable results.

I just upgraded to a 5800x3d and have the 280. If you have a better case and maybe an ac, you're good. Otherwise, it's fine if you're playing. In gaming, performance is around 60-80 depending on the game (it's hot here right now). All core loads: The first image is without the -30 uv, the second has it in Cinebench R23. You should be able to further limit it manually with TDC EDC settings. I might try that later today.
