You're connecting three ARGB fans to your motherboard via an ARGB splitter. Refer to the "RGBW LED Strip Header" and "Digital LED Strip Header" in the manual for the correct header to use. The ARGB splitter should connect to the Digital LED Strip header, and you'll need to use the Digital LED Strip Power Select jumper to switch between 5V and 12V as needed.
