I was developing a project on Windows 32-bit. Now I'm wondering if it can run on other operating systems, even a 64-bit version of Windows 7.

You're seeing the 5005U model, and you're wondering if installing Windows 7 32-bit is a good idea.

You can execute Win7 on any new device. I tested it with the Q6600 before upgrading to Haswell. For your project, consider setting up a VM with the trial version of Win7 32-bit to check compatibility.
