No system starts after the updates.
I recently upgraded my GPU and power supply. After installing and rewiring everything, the system won't boot. Fans spin briefly and the motherboard lights are on, but it doesn’t start. I removed the GPU and checked the CPU cables. I’ve reinstalled the RAM and am trying to boot without the GPU. Any advice or guidance would be helpful. The current specifications are: I7 10700k, Asus Z490 Prime, 32GB DDR4, RTX 5070 Ti, 1000W Corsair PSU.

The previous power source was partially modular, while the new one is completely modular. All the wires were updated.
