I have an AMD FX-8350 on an ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z that I just overclocked to 4.8GHz following the ROG guide. All worked well, with the exception of my sound not working anymore. I've read a little bit and seen that sometimes there needs to be an AGP/PCI lock, and that there's a setting somewhere or enable it. Problem with this is, I can't seem to find out how to enable it, of that's actually the problem. Could that be it, and if so, how can I enable it?

Ignore this update—it appears it began functioning after no effort was made. Perhaps patience was necessary, though it would be valuable for others to discover the explanation for the prolonged silence.
