Experiencing a problem where my laptop would randomly fail to launch Spotify while other apps worked, I attempted a restart but the issue persisted. After reinstalling GeForce Experience, it crashed during uninstallation. Restarting NVIDIA services didn’t help. The trouble began after updating Unity or installing Surfshark. A system restore was performed, suggesting corruption, but no antivirus detected threats. I ran file checks and virus scans, disabled startup apps, reinstalled Armory Crate, and even tried app permissions. Discord disappeared upon installation and can’t be downloaded now. The error code 0x0003 appeared with GeForce Experience. The GPU is a Zephyrus G15 RTX 3060 with AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS and Radeon graphics on a 1TB SSD.
