A few weeks back my computer would power on but nothing appeared on the screen, displaying no HDMI signal and failing to respond to keyboard or mouse lights. To get it working properly, I had to repeatedly press and release buttons until it finally started. I’ve tried resetting the CMOS, swapping the graphics card, and replacing the RAM and HDMI cable.

I've experienced this problem before with my old q8320 pc. It would occasionally send a signal to wake the monitor and mouse even though the keyboard was fine. Eventually, I had to give it away because I couldn't resolve it. Could you verify if it's actually turning on and booting properly, or just spinning the fans and showing RGB lights? I can still hear it boot through my speakers, so it seems like it's running but not starting correctly. You might want to try another setup to check the PSU and rule it out.
