When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system details. Please format the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
Old PC was functioning well with the monitor and HDMI cable.
Did you replace or upgrade the motherboard? If yes, please share the specs before and after.

Except for the SSD, everything else is brand new. This is the first time building it.

All but the SSD are brand new. Did you transfer the OS drive along with the system?
Set up your setup by connecting just the processor, CPU cooler, motherboard, and memory. With the iGPU active, you should see a display on your monitor. It’s wise to check the CPU socket for any bent or damaged pins while you’re working on it. While you’re breadboarding, place the CPU cooler on top of the IHS rather than securing it into the socket.
