You're trying to run GeForce 4 Ti 4600 on a Windows 98 PC but can't see anything. You have GeForce 71.84 drivers installed and work with Riva TNT 2, which shows no display. Two 4600 units also failed to display, though their chips warm up slightly during idle use—normal for an idle GPU. The system shuts down after a short time.

Which board are you trying to connect? It doesn’t make sense to talk drivers when the device isn’t working at all.

The AGP support seems unusual... It's probably the motherboard and the graphics card don't match.

iWill KD266, athlon xp 1600+ with 320MB RAM, windows 98 using unofficial service pack 3. Also, I made a mistake with the drivers—it's actually forceware version 71.84.

The cards remain 3.3v or 1.5v, and driver relevance is irrelevant when the machine doesn't post.

It's a good question, but I'm still learning. Can you clarify what you're asking?
