Hi, your new PC is showing up in Device Manager with code 43, but it doesn’t recognize the graphics card. You’ve checked many guides and still can’t get it to work. All components are new, and you’ve tried swapping the graphics card between systems—moving the 3080 to an old machine and the 1080 to your new one both resolved the issue. Your setup includes: Asus ROG Strix B650E-I gaming Wi-Fi, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x16GB at 6000MHz, MSI RTX 3080, a water-cooled Ryzen 7 5800X, and an 850W 80 Plus Gold power supply. You’re planning to overclock everything to the limit, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like you're questioning whether the box was read or if it's just a generic collection of items. Have you attempted to download the newest drivers from NVIDIA and install them via the 'perform clean installation' feature?

I purchased the Cooler Master NR200P MAX Mini ITX case, which comes with a power supply. I’m unsure about the manufacturer or brand. It’s recommended for good performance, but I haven’t heard much feedback yet. I’ve attempted to reinstall drivers without success. Some users suggest checking the Device Manager, disabling the card, restarting the PC, and then re-enabling it, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
