You can perform a clean install of Windows 10 by following the steps in Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Reset this PC. This process will erase all data on your drives, including the SSD partition and the hard drive you mentioned. To reset Windows only on one partition, you’ll need to use the recovery options after the installation completes, selecting the specific partition you want to keep.

It impacts just the drive or partition where Windows 10 is set up. It seems to prompt whether you wish to remove files from other drives or partitions.

I attempted the "keep my files" setting, but it lists programs from other drives as well. At first I assumed the games were on the same SSD or partition, but they weren't. I considered making a bootable USB and reinstalling Windows there, similar to what worked with Windows 7. I remember being able to choose the installation partition, though I’m unsure if that’s possible on a W10 bootable drive. Even if it were, my current Windows key is from Windows 7, which predates the upgrade. Any suggestions?
