Setup recently completed with a 7800x3d + 5070ti configuration. GPU colors and fans are working but display remains off. MSI Red and Yellow diagnostic lights are active. Power supply is fully connected at 12vhpwr. I connect directly to the motherboard and see immediate response. Tried re-seating GPU, updating BIOS, switching GPU firmware, changing RAM, using only one stick in various slots. I can post only when using the integrated graphics. Is this mainly a GPU problem? Should I return for replacement? Thanks for any assistance.

Consider using the adapter provided with the GPU instead of the 12vhpwr cable included with the PSU.
I attempted HDMI while using the iGPU on Windows, but there was no connection to the second monitor.
I got it secondhand from a shop, but it wasn't included with the adapter.
Please retry and confirm if testing is feasible. Do you have an alternative GPU available for evaluation?
Progress gradually because your CPU connects with the iGPU. This suggests it’s not a CPU problem. Are gaming PCs available at this shop? Is it a trustworthy place in your area?
