No reply from the power button once you open the case.
I attempted to install a new SSD but realized I was missing the necessary screw, so I removed it again. To make room, I had to take out both my graphics card and wireless card from the motherboard. Once everything was back in place and the power cable reconnected, pressing the power button didn't work. I have an ASUS Z270P motherboard, and there is a solid orange light in both GPU slots. It is always possible that you may have disconnected or loosened the power button cable from the motherboard. Consult the motherboard manual to understand what these indicators might signify.
