Hey there, I've put together my first PC but am facing some hiccups. I've finished putting everything together, yet the motherboard isn't recognizing it in BIOS. My monitor shows a black screen even though the HDMI cable is connected to the GPU. Only two LED indicators light up—"Boot" and "VGA"—while the others remain off. Here are my details: Motherboard: ASROCK H670 PG Riptide CPU: Intel Core i3-12100F CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. C GPU: XFX Speedster SWFT309 AMD 6700 XT RAM: Kingston Fury RAM 32 GB GDDR4 3200 Mhz (four 8GB modules) PSU: Corsair RM850 850 W PSU 80 Plus Gold Storage: Western Digital m.2 2280 250 GB NVme (OS drive) I also have a 1 TB m.2 NVme from WD. I've tried several troubleshooting steps: reinserted the GPU multiple times, reused the CPU three times, placed RAM in each of the four DIMM slots and powered it up. I double-checked all PSU connectors to ensure they're secure. A quick note about what I've learned so far: my PSU makes a faint crackling noise during boot attempts—it's intermittent and only happens once. All fans spin steadily as long as power is stable. Any advice would be really appreciated.

For those who might encounter this later: I managed to fix the issue. It seemed like everything was fine with my newly assembled setup. But the monitor wasn’t displaying anything on the screen. It only worked when I connected the HDMI cable to a regular TV, which allowed me to view the BIOS screen and finish setting up my computer. In short: if your BIOS isn't showing output, verify the device you're using.
