System details for the Ryzen 7 5700X (new stock) include an Asus ROG Strix GTX1070 (functional), Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK32GX4M2B300C15 (working), two 16GB drives, Coolermaster v850 SFX 80+Gold (operational), and an 850W modular Asus ROG Strix B550-I (BIOS v2803). Storage setup consists of a Louqe Ghost S1 mkII with confirmed powerbutton functionality. The PC boots normally after connecting the power cord; powerbutton fails to initiate shutdown or startup. No QLED indicators were active, CPU fan activated at around 45 degrees before stopping. CMOS reset via jumpers and battery resolved the issue. Inside the case, the GPU was present, LEDs lit, and fans operated. Multiple attempts were made: clearing CMOS with battery and jumper, using BIOS Flashback (following ASUS guidelines), testing different RAM sticks, PSUs, and cables, reseating components, checking video output ports, contacting support for RMA, and following forum advice. Despite all efforts, the system remains unresponsive. Please let me know if you can help."
