Hey there. When I opened my PC, the cursor shifted but I couldn't click anything. A scan in the command prompt required a restart, and there was no password prompt when trying to log in. I pressed the Windows icon plus r to open a run command, but it didn’t respond. I pressed space and entered any other buttons, but nothing worked. Tried launching Windows 10 in safe mode via F8, though it didn’t seem to help. Anyone can assist me in getting back online? (Sorry for the unclear English)

My estimate is that Windows isn't detecting any keyboard input at the moment. Are you connected with a USB or PS/2 keyboard? If you have another one, test it to check if Windows can identify it without extra drivers. PS/2 models work best because they don't need drivers, though you'll have to restart the PC for it to function properly. If your mouse remains operational, click on the screen and you'll be directed to a password entry area. From there, select Accessibility options and choose the option for an onscreen keyboard. Use it to enter your password and log in. Windows should then install the required drivers once you're logged in. The red button labeled Accessibility Options is available for use.

The white area isn't present; it appears as a blank screen.

You've already set up a USB with Windows and restored the system. Thanks for your responses!
