It will, though you shouldn't anticipate staying above 60 FPS in many situations with all adjustments enabled. I'm running a 780 and my settings aren't at their highest, and grass quality is set to Normal (the lowest). Still, I keep dropping below 60 during intense battles or explosions.

You can play the game at 4k 30 fps on a 7870 (R9 270X) using your GPU, but you’ll need to lower certain settings.
