What happens here, i will sit waiting for MM to find me a game, it says connecting to MM server but no green button shows and then kicks me with that message you see in the picture.

Check if the game runs correctly. I usually see issues on slower connections. If it doesn’t work, restart the system or try again.

Consider adjusting your resolution or clearing all game configurations. That might help. Right now I'm noticing the revolver appearing again in my items section... quite bothersome.
