The main problem seems to be that my PSU is missing from the case. Every time I move it in, it boots but fails to start properly. I’ve checked everything on the motherboard and inside the case, but nothing works consistently. After reseating RAM and trying different configurations, it still doesn’t power up reliably. The situation gets worse when I remove the PSU entirely or swap components.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue where turning on your PSU doesn't result in any output.

Are the cables affected during PSU installation? Could there be an issue with the cables connected to the power supply? Looking for some suggestions.
