The BIOS got corrupted while I was adjusting the Core and Ring clocks. I tried to switch back to UEFI but the PC wouldn’t start at all—no fans, no lights, nothing. Despite several attempts (changing power supply, clearing CMOS, reseating cables, shorting pins, removing battery), it still didn’t work. My system specs are: MSI Z690 Pro DDR4, 32GB 3600MHz RAM, RTX 3080, i5 12600K, 750W PSU.

It seems the system wasn't starting properly, but it was booting normally on Windows. There appears to be a problem with the board. Did you also disconnect the power switch from the case? Just to eliminate a faulty cable. I’d also remove the board and connect only the essential components—power supply, RAM, CPU—to see if it functions (this sometimes resolves such issues, likely due to a short in the case).
