Amid the huge number of pirated PC games available, do you believe developers will cease backing them? Just a thought—this isn’t important, but keep an eye on that second “is” in the title.

The adverse effects of companies such as Ubsioft are more damaging to PCs than piracy in my opinion. Think about it—PC support for games has been growing over the years, not declining.

Piracy exists for both Xbox and PlayStation as well.

Certainly, though examining the figures suggests a distinct variation.

It doesn't apply at all. The share of people stealing games on current consoles is minimal when compared to PC gamers who pirate games on their computers. Gaming on PCs isn't fading anytime soon.

Growing up, I’ve always been passionate about consoles, starting at six years old. When I turned eighteen and discovered PC gaming wasn’t as bad as my friends claimed, I made the switch and never looked back. I believe PC gaming will remain popular as long as there are mature players who enjoy connecting with a more experienced community.

The PC is larger than ever before, which means PC gaming isn't fading at all—it's actually expanding.
