I performed a fresh setup of Windows 10 and everything functioned smoothly without issues. After installing GeForce Experience, the graphics driver appeared up to date. There’s no performance drop or broken games so far—my PC continues downloading and installing games as usual. The challenge is that Windows didn’t install the Nvidia Control Panel, so I can’t fine-tune settings like v-sync or advanced options. You might want to remove the existing Nvidia driver (353.62) and try reinstalling it manually from the latest source. This should restore the Control Panel functionality. For your GTX 780, this approach should work without further complications.

Windows only sets up the driver, not the utilities—download them separately from NVIDIA.

Consider removing Experience and the existing driver. Wipe out as many Nvidia files and folders as you can locate. Alternatively, uninstall or delete Exp. Avoid creating duplicates to prevent issues with files or folders remaining unchanged, ensuring a more stable graphics setup on Windows 10.
